Pilates sessions are priced at $140 for one, $650 for five, $1,200 for ten, and $2,300 for twenty. Each plan includes a personal consultation and customized programming. A calm, distraction-free environment ensures consistent progress through expert-led, goal-oriented instruction.

As a client of Dakota Personal Training, you’ll be individually trained by a fitness expert in a state of art private facility on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
