I’ve been a fitness professional for the majority of my adult life. I’ve worked as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and a presenter/educator for some of the finest gyms in NYC before becoming the proud owner of my own studio. I strive to address the individual as a whole including physical and nutritional well being, happiness, and overall level of energy. I keep my programs interesting using a variety of modalities including, but not limited to the stability ball, TRX, Pilates apparatus, Bosu ball, heavy ropes, and kettlebells.

Throughout Mikes training career he has worked with a diverse population in achieving fitness goals and enhancing their lives. His tailor made programs use a variety of modalities keeping clients continuously engaged. Mike has completed extensive continuing education toward fitness and nutritional programming in optimizing body composition, core strength and mobility. His objective is to not only have clients look good, but to enhance energy levels and stay injury free.

Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life, from my days as a gymnast to completing the New York Marathon, two New York Half Marathons, multiple Triathlons, and several Spartan Sprints. Born in Taiwan, Eric (Hang-Yu) Liu was a 2016 Fulbright fellow. Before exploring Gaga in Israel with the sponsorship of Cloud Gate Dance Theater of Taiwan, he trained with National Ballet School of Iceland. In New York he studied at Gelsey Kirkland Ballet Academy and Joffrey Ballet School. Eric found his passion for Pilates from his dance training, believing that Pilates is beneficial to every ‘body’. In addition, Eric is a certified yoga instructor.

Lori McCarty

Lori holds a master’s degree in exercise and sport science from the University of Memphis and has more than 10 years in personal and group fitness coaching and training. Lori’s love for wellness and fitness began after she was diagnosed with cancer in her 20s and sought a way to regain her health. She quickly realized it was the career path she wanted to take to help clients improve and excel in their everyday lives. Lori is constantly immersing herself in continuing education that focuses on life-stage approaches to resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. She provides clients with tailored, research-based training that focuses on technique and a clear understanding of the “why” behind the workouts she creates for them.

David Diago

Personal Trainer

A Brooklyn native with a lifelong passion for fitness and helping others. His journey into professional training began in 2015 with the NASM program and evolved into a career grounded in both technical knowledge and client-centered coaching. He trains daily, works with clients of all ages and stages, and integrates strength, mobility, and recovery techniques—including macebell, kettlebell, and barbell training into customized programs.

David is a technical strength coach who prioritizes proper form and functional movement. He’s a member of the prestigious Rogue 1000lb Club and completed the Spartan Trifecta in 2021, ranking 21st out of 134 in his age group for the Beast race. Known for his professionalism, dedication, and approachable nature, David brings strong expertise in fitness, nutrition, and client service to every session.
